Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is in a lovely area, near the city center with plenty of nice dining options. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, though they could have been a bit cleaner. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, sorting out all our travel queries with patience. The location was perfect for exploring the central attractions of Copenhagen, just a short walk away from family. The dining experience was very good with a great selection of food. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor cleaning issues in the room.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, although on the smaller side, were well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The service was warm and helpful, though there was a small issue with leftover dishes. The location was convenient, close to dining options and transportation. The dining experience offered a good variety of food but with room for improvement. The facilities were satisfactory, meeting basic needs.
The hotel had nice, small rooms with all essentials but the bathroom was too tiny, making it feel suffocating. The property offered a pleasant service with excellent transport links and delicious breakfast. The cozy location near the city center was a big plus, but the single room was disappointing.
The hotel had a cozy and lovely decor, with excellent taste in background music. The rooms were nice and warm, ideal for a cold climate, but unfortunately, they faced a noisy courtyard that continued well past 2 am. The service was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making for a pleasant stay. The location, while not central to downtown Copenhagen, was in a picturesque and quiet area near the center and a metro station. The dining experience was decent and filling, suitable for a morning tour around town. Overall, a charming stay with a few minor noise disturbances to consider.
